I can deliver an HR audit of your team’s processes and work, identifying what is working well, what could be improved and how you and your team could save time to deliver more of the quality HR you want for your organisation. To do this, I spend time with you and your HR team (or a selection of your team if you prefer) plus relevant stakeholders in your organisation. As well as meeting those who deliver and use your HR service, I might use survey tools and I will usually need to see your HR systems in operation.
Then I provide you with an outcome report that summarises my findings, picks up where your processes are working well and make recommendations on improvements. These recommendations will be practical and useful, some will be quick fixes you can implement in house, some may take longer and some budget but there’s no obligation to take up everything I suggest.
The focus of my audit will be on your processes, systems, reporting and use of data. You will benefit from my wide ranging experience of industries and workplaces, my knowledge of all aspects of HR and my ability to engage with people from all parts of an organisation.
Alongside auditing processes and services within your HR team, I can review your current employee data and make recommendations for reporting and analytics that really meet your business need. I can also project manage a ‘data cleanse’ either as a standalone piece of work or ahead of a transfer of data to a new system, including liaison with your IT team and/or new HRIS supplier.
