Hi Subscriber First Name and welcome to the October newsletter from CG Pro-Active HR. This month I am exploring all things AGILE. For such a small word, it has such power and variety of meaning… ❔ Do we mean Agile as a style of project management, originating from IT system development? ❔ Or perhaps, we mean Agile working, often interchangeable with hybrid or flexible working but subtly different? ❔ Maybe, we mean agile in that we can adapt and change at short notice? ❔ Or do we mean a general work approach that takes its roots in Agile projects where we are constantly working to iterating and making continuous improvement? ❔ Outside of work, there’s also agile in movement, showing a flexibility that might border on contortion! ❔ Lastly, agile in my world also relates to dog agility!
