Welcome to the October newsletter from CG Pro-Active HR.

October is often a transitional month, full of change. We’re changing through the seasons, leaves are changing colour, the weather is constantly changing and we head towards the clocks changing at the end of the month.

October also marks my birthday this month (luckily not a big number this year😁) so to commemorate, this edition of the ‘Pulse’ is looking at birthdays and anniversaries plus the usual dose of HR!!

This month’s featured organisation is….Suited for Success, a charity supporting unemployed men and women with interview skills and a suitable interview outfit.

Suited for Success is working together with the West Midlands Combined Authority Jobs and Skills Academy to deliver an employment programme called 'Stand Out' supporting unemployed young people aged 18 - 30 into employment, training and volunteering for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
