What’s happening and trending in HR and work……

Apparently 6th Feb is National Sickie Day! This year may well see high levels of employees off sick, particularly with Covid, flu, and other bugs doing the rounds.

So, would you know if your team are taking sickies?
Do you know who needs wellbeing support in your organisation?
Does your absence data provide useful information?
Do your managers understand how to support their team in times of ill health?
